Frequently Asked Questions
How much do parts cost to source?
This is a difficult question to answer. There are several factors that effect cost. Purchasing new vs used parts and buying domesticly vs internationally all effect the overall cost of the build. Sourcing parts from your own inventory will greatly reduce the overall cost of the build. A rough estimate to build MOC-BW2001 is roughly $.13 - $.17 per part. Skill as well as patience is also a factor — especially if you're sourcing parts for multiple mocs at the same time..
How will my limited edition manual be shipped?
All orders are shipped from the United States via USPS Priority Mail or Ebay International Mail. Tracking information will be provided. Insurance is provided up to the value of the purchase. A signature is required for all orders.
Do you ship internationally and do I have to pay customs?
I do ship internationally with a few exceptions. International Orders will have a declared value. Any import duties or fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
How do I get the parts list?
After your payment has cleared, I will send an XML parts list in additional to some helpful resources for sourcing parts to your PayPal email address. Your limited edition print instruction manual will be mailed immediately after your payment clears; usually within 1 business day. This excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
What's the unique 1 x 6 tile for?
Every Brick Wars MOC includes a unique 1 x 6 tile with an alpha/numeric number. When you've completed your build, decode your ship's call sign with your manual and then register your ship on BrickWars.net.
